Exercise is an important part of pregnancy -- of course we can't overexert ourselves and some who are high-risk are advised not to exercise especially later in the pregnancy.

I am not eligible for this since I am not currently pregnant but man what a great bike. this would be awesome to have. Good luck to you all! I hope whoever wins this will get a lot of use out of it!
Oh and my favorite exercise when pregnant would be to lay on the couch with my feet up! Oh wait, that was not exercise...seriously, I would take walks with my son around our neighborhood when I was pregnant. I was pretty big and had swollen feet so walking was a lot of work for me.
I love walking and doing prenatal yoga, soooo invigorating!
Walking and riding my bike with my kids. I don't have the best energy during this pregnancy so I am not as active like I was with my 1st 2 pregnancies. Maybe it is my age or maybe it is that I am having a girl-had boys the 1st 2 times.
I'd really love to have this one and exercise at home.
my favorite workout is walking later at night, i also like to stretch.
The cat stretch! The weight of the baby on my back is intense and this stretch helps relax those tense muscles.

walking and chasing after kids was great when I was pregnant
When I was pregnant I would do big lunges using a stepping stool to stretch my legs out.. my calves hurt CONSTANTLY when I was PG.. so that really helped!
When I was pregnant I did Baby Yoga. I think I got it at Target. It came with an excersize ball and dvd.. yoga mat &block. It was relaxing too. My DH would do it with me, it was cute. It helped open your pelvis or whatever to help you birth. I also did a lot of walking (I worked as a Nurse til my 8th month) so that also helped!
