The Social Security Administration recently released its list of most popular baby names in the U.S. for 2008. The names that topped the list? Emma for girls and Jacob for boys.
But, how about looking elsewhere -- like, outside of our own country -- for some baby name inspiration? Well, my oldest dd's name is up there... Maria. And we considered Alejandro, Simon (no e), and Lorenzo if our youngest was a boy, but she wasn't. There are some cute names on that list though!
I like Olivia. I would name another daughter that.

I considered Enzo, but I'm surprised it's a top name in France. It's so Italian. I love Oliver. It's my son's middle name.
