Finally -- Sarah Jessica Parker is becoming a mom again. Times two!
Reps for the actress released a statement yesterday saying that Parker, and husband Matthew Broderick, are "happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate."
Parker, 44, and Broderick, 47, have been married for 12 years and are already parents to a son, James Wilkie, 6. Reps say the whole fam is "overjoyed" about the news.
Parker comes from a big family (she's one of eight), so I've been expecting more baby news from the couple for ages. It's been reported that they've tried for more kids but not been successful.
I love SJP -- and can't wait for more details once the babies arrive this summer!

I could definetly be a surrogate, and not just for the money either. To be able to bring a baby into the lives of others who have had so much heartache at not being able to concieve by themselves would be wonderful. And sure, i'd get attached to the baby, but not in a way that i'd ever want to deny it it's actual parents. There are so many people who could be wonderful parents if they got the chance. I'd be more than willing to help them.
congrats to them..
With my issues with connecting and bonding, I honestly don't know if I could work with a surrogate. On the other hand, those same issues make me pretty sure I could be a surrogate and hand over the kid with no problem at all. But I would only do it for money. I can't think of a single person I would go through that for for free.
