Big celeb pregnancy news recently -- love that!

Sarah Michelle Gellar is expecting her first child with hubby Freddy Prinze Jr. And now news is out that supermodel Heidi Klum is pregnant with her fourth child, due in the fall.

Klum's husband, the musician Seal, confirmed the news during a concert at Radio City Music Hall in New York City this week. The new babe will join sibs Leni, 4 (from a previous relationship), Henry, 3, and Johan, 2.

Klum, 35, and Seal, 46, have hinted in the past that they might not be done with babies yet.

Klum's other baby, fashion reality show "Project Runway," is set to begin filming a new season in New York this summer. After some legal battles, a previously shot season will begin airing (also this summer) on the show's new network home, Lifetime.

Go, Heidi! Can't wait to see those maternity design challenges. :)
