You've got a lot on your mind when you're pregnant -- and a new study says that listening to soothing music can help reduce stress and depression among pregnant women.
The study found that stress, anxiety and depression were significantly reduced after just two weeks of listening to the calming sounds. Most women listened for periods of about 30 minutes while they were resting or doing chores around the house. And the kind of music listened to made a difference -- lullabies, nature, and crystal sounds were more soothing than classical music.
