Pregnant CNN Anchor Passes Out in the Middle of an On-Air Report (VIDEO)

poppy harlowPregnancy in the public eye has got to be tough -- especially when you're a news anchor who's supposed to be perfectly precise and on point at all times. That's what CNN anchor Poppy Harlow discovered earlier this week when she passed out on the air in the middle of a report!

Harlow, who is expecting a little girl this spring with her husband Sinisa Babcic, was discussing a survey regarding American opinion in the war on terror when she started slurring her words, and then went frighteningly silent! She happened to be off-camera at the moment (a graphic depicting percentages was on-screen), but it was still a scary moment for viewers, who immediately started expressing their concerns on Twitter. Just moments later, though, Harlow was right back and better than ever, explaining in an impressively clear and upbeat voice:

"For all of you on twitter who are asking if I'm okay, thank you so much. I got a little hot and I passed out for a moment. I am fine. We're going to take a quick break. We'll be right back."

Talk about pulling it together! Check it out:

Wow! News anchors give the word "compsure" new meaning. And thankfully, as Harlow explained later on Twitter, she and her baby daughter are just fine:
