Um, ibuprofen is NOT recommend during pregnancy. As far as acetaminophen is concerned there has only been one study. I'm all for non pharmaceutical relief but let's do some research. As a side note, Marissa, I've noticed you are doing a lot of pregnancy topics and when you were getting married it was all about that. Are you telling us something?
