I'm a big fan of having options -- if one thing doesn't work, try another. When I was dealing with morning sickness early in my pregnancy, I tried a few different things -- frequent snacking on small amounts of nuts or carbs did the trick for me. And I recently wrote a piece on morning sickness tips from other moms (taking ginger root tablets and sucking on sour candies were two suggestions.)
I just read about a product I never encountered while pregnant, but I wish I had -- it's Morning Sickness Magic, an all-natural morning sickness remedy (created by an RN who's also practiced as a midwife) that combines B6, ginger, and other anti-nausea ingredients. Could be another good option for queasy moms to try.
What were your best go-to options to combat morning sickness?

THANK GOD.I looked everywhere whn i was pregnant 2 yrs ago.and NOTHING WORKED.I hope this does for sure.im gonna stock up on them
Other than puking and getting it out nothing really works lol. I have been prescribed things they took me off of my vitamins put me back on tried the small snacking everything. Hopefully if I can find this stuff it will work for me.
I lived on peppermint lifesavers, and of all the odd things, cucumber slices in italian dressing. :-p
when i went to one of my doctors she told me that eating crackers and things really won't help you. that you are better of eating some type of protein right when you wake up in the morning, this really helped me.
Well for me when I wake up in the morning and feel sick I would drink sleepytime tea caffeine free and instantly this worked and relaxed me.
