Choosing the "perfect" name can feel like a challenge -- but I noticed scorpiomom01 had a cool idea. She's thinking about giving her baby two middle names -- which of course will mean she gets to go with three names she loves instead of having to narrow it down to two. Excellent idea!

if we have a boy, he will have a hyphenated middle name, just like his daddy! so yes, i think it's a great idea!
Oh I love the idea! In fact 1 of my daughters has two middle names, and I have two granddaughters with two middle names! I think it is great, just a little out of the ordinary you know!

Four of my kiddos have two middle names and one has two first names.
Both of my sons have four names. I knew I wanted them to have my maiden name as well as their offical last name. So I did something a little different. I actually hyphenated their first names and made my maiden name their middle names.

I would consider it if our last name wasnt already hyphenated (sp). That and Id worry that people would hickerbilly it.....like "Emma Jean" Marie Smith.....ugh I hate that

Absolutely- two middle names is a great way to also honor those in your family and life that mean so much to you and whose legacy you wish to bestow on your child- my twin boys both have two middle names- I joke with my friends that my boys' full names sound like law firms but the history behind the names means so much!
