This is a dumb ass list, not everymom uses or does most of these. How about they should try being thrown up on or getting poo under har nails or wearing snot. Get real!!

Um this list is fine except the practice nursing part. Get some advise on nursing, it usually becomes a natural part of being a mom but you have to know its not always like the fake pictures you see on the Internet. It has its hang ups and there may be a lot of moments you say I quit! Don't quit it gets better!

Oh yea forgot this one. If you go back to work do a practice run to daycare to see how long it will take you to get everyone ready, off to daycare/school and work in a timely manner!!

Swaddling can interfere with breastfeeding and is not advised for those who plan to.

also, don't use a breastpump prior to giving birth. it can send you into pre term labor!

#1 on this list should have been, learn about giving birth and birth options. To many moms these days go into labor never even giving it a thought just figuring the doctor knows what to do (though they are the ones giving birth).

i imagine this list is good but it isn't for every parent or baby. the best one on the list is #10.

Honestly - this list doesn't include anything that my own OB didn't go over with me or at least tell me to make sure I knew. I'm more surprised at the picture used for bathing - it looks like she has her baby in a storage bin LOL
