Now that Kim Kardashian has gone and given birth to little girl North West, the rumors surrounding her baby weight loss plan are running as rampant as ever. In fact, there have been completely contradictory reports all over the place! Last week, InTouch reported Kim is looking to lose 30 pounds in 30 days and wants to be back in a bikini before summer is over. Then, gossip swirled that Kim's so depressed about her post-baby body that she won't leave the house. Now, celeb trainer Tracy Anderson is revealing the TRUTH to Us. (Or at least the truth according to the Kardashian Spin Machine.)
Anderson -- who is also known for training Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna -- is reportedly "personally devising an exercise program" to help Kim bounce back. But here's the clincher ...
Kim's not freaking out about it at all!! She's cool as a cucumber, people!
It's a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it's a huge mountain to climb to get back, but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms. She's like, 'We're going to be so good. It's fun, I feel great!' She just loves the whole process. From our talks during her pregnancy, I thought she was going to be really concerned [about her weight] once the baby was out, but she's just not ... She's in baby heaven. She's excited to get started, but she's really calm about it all.
For reeeealz? Come on, this has to be damage control -- at least in part. Kim may be anxious about dropping the baby weight -- which is completely normal, mind you! -- but she doesn't want to come off as desperate. Mama's got pride! Which I actually kind of admire. And if this is true, or even just a bit true, it'll do her weight loss efforts a world of good. Being a ball of nerves isn't nearly as conducive to slimming as being all Zen about it. I'm sure all Tracy's "exercises tailor-made for [Kim's] body and her preferences" and four to six times a week workouts won't hurt either!
