6 Tips for Pregnant Women Who Always Have to Pee (PHOTOS)

waterfallPregnancy comes with plenty of wacky and unpleasant side effects, and by far, having to pee constantly is one of the most annoying and inconvenient symptoms there is.

It's bad enough running back and forth to the bathroom a million times during the day, but unfortunately, most of us also have to deal with being woken up at night to relieve ourselves as well.

When I was pregnant with my son, I think I spent more time on the toilet than I did anywhere else for almost the entire nine months. (True story.)

I was up at least five times every night, and nothing I did seemed to help, other than limiting how much water I drank before bed. But considering how thirsty I was, and how important it is to stay hydrated during pregnancy, cutting back on beverages really wasn't a good option.

Soooo, what's a pregnant gal to do? Well, there are a few things you can try to help extend your time between bathroom breaks. Take a look at the photos below for some great tips on how to cope with frequent urination.

In the list of trigger foods that cause you to pee,you said at the the end: These are things you shouldn't be drinking anyway.I understand why you put alcohol, but you put caffeine in as well, which is not harmful to the pregnancy if taken in moderation (in other words, a cup of coffee can be safe, but don't drink the whole pot). A pregnant woman, unless otherwise advised by her doctor, can drink caffeinated coffee in moderation.
