My dh called his mother and within hours everyone knew..
The only baby we were surprised with was our 7th. We had no idea. We found out when I went to the ER with sever Strep Throat. There I was tested before put on meds. They announced it all over the ER where they new me. Yep she is pregnant. Didnt think it was me. The hubby was there and heard and started laughing. I found out I had Strep, a UTI and I was pregnant. Way to much info for one ER visit. Thats how my news was told.
we just cae out and told everyone but i might have to steal some of these ideas they are soooo cute
When I was pregnant with my daughter, we found out we were pregnant around Christmas time, so the first gift we gave my mother-in-law was a baby bib that said 'I love Grandma' on it. She was definitely surprised! LOL
Since no one in my family can beat my SIL's announcement (she didn't knwo she was pregnant until about 90 min before the baby arrived!) we jsut went the simplest way possible. We told my 4 y/o son the morning of Mother's Day and let him spread the news himself. And it spread like wildfire - without us having to worry about being cute or clever!
