The more Snooki talks about being pregnant, the more excited I get for her to have this baby -- because the stuff that will likely come out of her mouth after experiencing life with a newborn is going to be beyond priceless. Of course, we also have her labor and delivery commentary to look forward to, and I'm guessing we're in for some real doozies referencing contractions, pushing, and of course, possibly pooping on the table.
But no matter what goes down during her delivery, she's going to be dressed for the part, because Snooki plans on giving birth in heels while wearing makeup and false eyelashes. (Go ahead and laugh, it's ok.)
Ahhh! Is she in for a rude awakening or what?! First of all, makeup seriously has no place in the delivery room. After hours upon hours of enduring God-awful pain followed by pushing with all of your might to pass a human head out of your body, a girl tends to break a bit of a sweat to say the least. And as we all know, sweat and makeup aren't exactly the best combination.
And as for the false eyelashes? All I can say is who has time to glue something to their eyelids in the middle of labor? It'll be much harder for her to scrunch up her face to squint while pushing if she's wearing her falsies.
And if she has one shred of common sense left about what really goes on while giving birth, Snooki will leave the heels at home and opt for those super-sexy socks they give you at the hospital with the treds on the bottom. The last thing she needs is to accidentally kick one of her feet at the wrong time and wind up poking her doctor in the eye or impaling an innocent nurse.
Are you planning on getting glammed up for your delivery?

i wore make up when i delivered and i wasnt in all that much pain. labor wasnt nearly as bad as you make it seem. so what if she wants to wear heels, make up, and fake eye lashes. im sure there was stuff other people have done that are similar.
i had a c section. i never even had a contraction. my son was breeched and almost two weeks last with no signs of me going into labor so i had less then a day notice that i would be undergoing surgery. i honestly cant say what labor is like. but i did not wear makeup the day of and it was the last thing on my mind. recovery was excruciating for me. i fell down trying to get off the couch a week after because i got up to fast. i dont think i even put on makeup for like two months after i had my son. i never really went out though. i was lucky if i took a shower those first couple weeks.
i had make up on, my hair was done....and labor wasnt that bad and even when i went through the horrible contractions i didnt sweat at all it hurt like hell but didnt sweat///.....and to laugh at someone because of what they want to wear/do in the delivery room? really? thats pathetic AUTHOR. Bpayne09 i agree there isnt anything wrong with wanting to be pretty...pictures are taken ya know...geez.
Since we have no one else to make fun of today, lets pick on Snooki again because she wants to be a glamorous mom and most of you Stir authors apparently couldn't be.
Yeah...I planned on looking fantastic in my post-birth photos. My best friend is a make up artist and my husband is a photographer so i figured having both of thm there would make for some awesome pictures....well after all was said and done I have pictures of me sitting buck naked in a pool with my hair piled on my head (pepples style) looking like death. I had a natural home birth and the baby was face up and her shoulder got stuck so the pain was INSANE! When I look at the pictures now, all I see is a happy momma holding her healthy baby and I love them.
