Every time I see a photo of a pregnant celebrity wearing heels, I'm always a bit shocked and baffled as to how they manage to walk around in those things without falling! And aside from feeling unsteady and wobbly -- how on earth do they get their swollen feet into them?
Kourtney Kardashian is known for her chic maternity style, and she certainly hasn't let a baby bump get in her way of looking trendy and fashionable. Check out her mile-high heels in this photo -- it's a wonder she managed to stay upright!
When I was pregnant with my son, I vowed to wear heels right up until his birth too -- because I was under the impression that I was going to be the "cute pregnant chick." Um -- things didn't quite work out the way I planned, and I wound up switching to flats in the middle of my second trimester. (My feet just couldn't take it anymore.)
I definitely wasn't the most stylish pregnant woman on the planet, but I was perfectly comfortable from that point on. And while the pregnant celebrities in the photos below look so polished and put together in their heels, I can't help but wonder if they secretly curse under their breath about how bad their tootsies ache.

It depends, some ladies still feel comfortable and safe wearing them through out, others, just prefer flats. Also depends on docs recomendations..
If you mantain your usual style during pregnancy, you will alwasys look cute. Great pregnancy clothes are available.
I wore high heels up till 5 days before I had my last one~ I felt perfectly safe and stylish! I can't imagine a doctor telling me that I'd be unsafe to wear them:( And I had no issues at all... in any of my 3 pregnancies;) If it isn't your bag, don't criticise those of us who feel comfortable in them... during pregnancy or otherwise;)
OMG stop with the f-ing slideshows!
If you are used to heels, it is not that hard to keep wearing them while pregnant. maybe not every day but sometimes. its not a big deal. I did it all the time, especially with baby #3 because i was more used to them then.
