funny maternity shirtsAhh, pregnancy. Isn't it grand? You're growing a beautiful little being inside of you. You're glowing. You're on the cusp of becoming a mother! Also, you're tired, nauseated, and achy as all get out. Fun times, right?

Since it's not always easy being our "best selves" during pregnancy -- physically, mentally, emotionally -- it's important to at least maintain our senses of humor, right? Or at least attempt to. Here are 7 hilarious maternity shirts bound to have you cracking up ... until the next time you feel like crying.

I'm Making a Human. What Have You Done Today?

"I'm Making a Human. What Have You Done Today?" It's cute, it's snarky, and doggone it, it's true.

I have a shirt that says "I'm not fat, I'm knocked up." I had several people comment on the shirt, lol, even the elderly ladies love it.

I have shirts that say "spooning leads to forking", "yeah, its a boy" (with fake ultrasound pic show a boy--ahem all boy lol), "I love my baby even though the daddys an asshole" (df bought the last one for me. He thinks its hilarious. And yes, he is our sons father. Lol) I even had some absolutely histarical, somewhat inappropriate baby clothes such as- "made in vagina", "hung like a 5 year old", "daddy drinks because I cry", "I'm only related to these people, I can't explain them", and "I cry for titties"

My last pregnancy, I had a shirt made that said "Unless you helped put him IN there, or you're helping get him OUT, hands OFF!" My belly was so big the last 2 months(he was 12lbs), I had random people rubbing my belly everywhere we went! Enough already!

Love it or hate it, I had one that about half found offensive and the other half hilarious...I was a member of the second half. My brother got it for me for my birthday when I was pregnant. Remember those old "I'm With Stupid" T-Shirts that had an arrow pointing sideways? It was just like that, but with the arrow pointing down.

It's really not a superpower, though, is it? I mean, no more so than another other reproductive species on this earth.

Ha! Love the "labor story free zone". One of my friends could have used that. She e-mailed me from work one day asking "Is there a polite way to make a sign to hang on the entrance to my cube telling women I don't have time to listen to their entire labor/delivery story? Every freaking person who's ever given birth has to stop by and tell their story, and it's literally starting to affect my ability to do my job!!!!"

These are all so funny. I have to convince one of my friends to get pregnant again so I have a reason to buy one.
