Giuliana Rancic's Pregnancy News Will Make You Cry (VIDEO)

Awww! 36

giuliana bill rancic

After hearing the news early this morning that Giuliana and Bill Rancic are finally going to be parents, I couldn't help but want to stand up and cheer a little bit. Seriously -- how great is it that they are having a baby? Between their struggle with infertility, going through the pain of a miscarriage, and Giuliana's shocking battle with breast cancer, it's such a miracle and a blessing that they are finally going to have the child they've dreamed of for so long.

And even though Giuliana isn't pregnant herself, the baby they are expecting is their biological child and is being carried via a gestational carrier. The baby is due this summer -- and the couple already knows whether their newest addition is a boy or a girl, which means they've kept this big secret for quite a few weeks now! (How did they manage to stay quiet?!)

Appearing on Today this morning to share their baby news with the world must have been such a huge relief for them. I know that I wanted to shout my pregnancy announcement from the rooftops when I found out I was expecting my son, and after all Giuliana & Bill have been through, I can't imagine just how eager they must have been to let the cat out of the bag.

Considering just how many bumps in the road these two have hit before arriving at this point, I think it's safe to say that they are 100 percent prepared for all of the challenging (but wonderful) moments parenthood will bring their way. As we all know, working together as a team is essential for getting used to life with a newborn. Throughout all of their obstacles and struggles, I have been so impressed with how they've supported each other and not let their hardships get the best of them. It's about time life threw a little happiness their way -- because they certainly deserve it.

I predicted this.

In the metro newspaper, they are recognizing this week as infertility awareness week.  They were talking about Rancic. In my head, I was like shes going to end up with a baby very soon.  i was thinking more like adoption but I was really close.

I had a friend once who had a late term miscarriage and several miscarriages to follow...She finally got her little gift a couple years ago and it was a very big relief for her everyone who knows her. He's a beautiful little boy :)

Very happy for them! That said, as an adopted child, find it kind of offensive that the seems to be a collective sigh of relief that they're having a "biological" child. Thank heavens! Because everyone knows an adopted child isn't really YOURS. Beyond ignorant....

However families are created, if there's love, it's a family. Biology is irrelevant.

I'm so happy for them. That is awesome. I did expect it around now because they are going to have something about a surrogate in this weeks episode of the show.
