Sad news today for the Duggar family: Michelle Duggar has suffered a miscarriage. Already in the second trimester of her pregnancy with the Duggars' 20th child, she was at a prenatal check-up where Michelle and husband Jim Bob were hoping to learn the baby's sex. Instead, the doctor couldn't find a heartbeat.
I can't imagine how heartbroken Michelle and Jim Bob must be, not to mention the many siblings who were looking forward to the new addition.
In fact, just last night the family was discussing possible baby names, 45-year-old Michelle said:
After the appointment, we came back home and told the children. We had just been talking about baby names last night and they were getting excited about naming a boy or a girl. It has been a real sad disappointment.

Michelle continued:
I feel like my heart broke telling my children. They have all been so excited about this baby and looking forward to April coming around and having a new little one in our arms. That was the most difficult. The Lord is the giver of life and He can choose when that life is ready to go on and be with Him.
So sad. No matter what one thinks of the Duggars, the loss of a life is always unspeakably tragic. Thankfully Michelle is surrounded with people who love her and will support her during this time, but she deserves support from all of us. Compassion, sympathy, warmth. Nothing will replace what Michelle has lost, but we can hope and pray that she and her family will heal in time.

I hope that her faith in God and her conviction that He determines all of their children ultimately brings her peace during this sad time.
RIP Baby Duggar. *sniffle*
I feel bad and all, but she shouldn't be having kids any more. That should've been clear with the sick kid!
It is nature's way of saying "enough is enough".....spend your time with the children that are already born.....I am sure they are all starved for your attention!
