Ben Affleck and Jennifer GarnerIt was getting pretty obvious based on her expanding belly, but at last it's been confirmed -- Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are expecting their third child. It wasn't just another bogus belly bump report (this time), she's really pregnant. Hear that? That's the sound of happy squeals from fans around the world.

Reps for the couple confirmed the news tonight and told the Associated Press the couple is "thrilled," along with the rest of the world. And really, it is some of the best news to come out of Hollywood in awhile.

While a lot of times we wish celebrities pregnant because we want to see what their offspring will look like or are curious about what kind of mothers they'll be, in this case, we already know. Jen and Ben are amazing parents with two happy, gorgeous daughters -- Violet, 5 1/2, and Seraphina, 2 1/2 -- who seem to wear only smiles upon their faces. By all appearances they are one of the nicest, most down-to-earth families in Hollywood. How can we not want to see them reproduce more little beings?

Now the big question -- will it be a boy or a girl? A third girl would be adorable -- a downright gaggle of girls -- and all those cute clothes could be passed down. Jen totally seems like the kind of mother who'd do hand-me-downs instead of buying everything new, don't you think?

But how much fun would it be to see Ben with a little boy? Either way, it doesn't matter; they make ridiculously cute, happy kids, and you know they'll embrace any child with the same love they've shown their girls over the years. Congratulations to them.
