An eighth child is on the way for former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. His wife, Lakiha Spicer, is five months pregnant with a baby boy, according to RadarOnline.com.
This news comes just a little more than a year after Tyson lost his daughter, Exodus, 4, in a tragic treadmill accident. She suffocated when the machine's cord wrapped around her neck. He has six other children
While happy news for the family, a new baby will certainly add to the financial troubles the couple is already experiencing.
“I’m totally destitute and broke,” he said earlier this year on The View. “But I have an awesome life, I have an awesome wife who cares about me. I’m very grateful. I don’t deserve to have the wife that I have; I don’t deserve the kids that I have, but I do, and I’m very grateful."
Perhaps their expanding family could be the answer to their financial woes in the form of a reality television show. There's certainly plenty of fodder.
Like a whole story line around him trying to live vicariously through his children and pushing them to accomplish things he didn't ... like doing drugs with rappers.
"[Tupac Shakur] always wanted me to smoke weed with him, and I never did it. I wish I did. That's my biggest regret," Tyson recently told the AP.
If those Duggars got a reality show deal with their white bread ways, surely Tyson and his brood could entertain the masses with material like that, which you just can't make up.
In any case, congratulations to the couple.
