Yesterday's "A Day Without a Woman" strike was about more than just opposition to the POTUS. Coinciding with International Women's Day, events around the globe and social media support were teeming with inspiration and solidarity.

It wasn't just the women who were championing equal rights and pride for their gender; the movement found support in some unlikely places. Take, for instance, the new bronze statue of a defiant young girl installed in front of the iconic Wall Street Bull funded by financial asset managers. And Broadway actors who donated a night's pay to a nonprofit that empowers women to join the work force.
