John Oliver Downgrades Donald Trump to Donald 'Drumpf' & It's Beyond Perfect (VIDEO)

John Oliver is my hero of the day. On Sunday's Last Week Tonight, Oliver dedicated the entire show to Donald Trump -- or should we say Donald Drumpf? Since we've now gotten to the point where Trump may actually become the Republican presidential candidate (oh please God, no), Oliver felt like it was finally time to address his ridiculousness.

The whole thing is insanely good, and actually just keeps getting better as it goes on. Oliver basically took him down, brilliantly using Trump's own (crazy) words against him, and calling him out for ... well, for being the worst presidential candidate person ever.

Throughout the show, Oliver repeatedly pointed out how Trump isn't exactly who he says he is, despite his name being "very powerful." Which is why Oliver wants to uncouple the man from the name -- and he doesn't even have to come up with a ridiculous fake name.

According to biographers, the Trump family name was changed from the original "Drumpf." Yup, Donald Drumpf.

For most of the show, John pointed out the inconsistencies of Trump's polices over the years. While supporters say they like him because "he tells it like it is," the host pointed out that PolitiFact "checked 77 of his statements, and rated 76 percent of them as varying degrees of false."

Um, yeah. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Trump has also lost billions in his lifetime, which Oliver pointed out by using a clip of his very own daughter Ivanka Trump saying, "I remember once my father and I were walking down Fifth Avenue and there was a homeless person sitting right outside of Trump Tower. And I remember my father pointing to him and saying, 'You know, that guy has $8 billion more than me.' Because he was in such extreme debt at that point."

Oliver quipped, "He's been pro-choice and pro-life, for and against assault weapon bans, in favor of both bringing in Syrian refugees and deporting them out of the country."

It's really hard to nail Trump down about anything. Which is weird, since so many people equate his name with strength and power. But it isn't even his real name. Oliver pointed out that Trump once criticized Jon Stewart for changing his name from Jonathan Leibowitz, saying that he should be proud of his heritage.

Maybe Donald Drumpf should be proud of his heritage too.

Oliver said:

If you are thinking of voting for Donald Trump, the charismatic guy promising to make America great again, stop and take a moment to imagine how you would feel if you just met a guy named Donald Drumpf, a litigious serial liar with a string of broken business ventures and the support of a former Klan leader who he can't decide whether or not to condemn. Would you think he would make a good president, or is the spell now somewhat broken?

That is why tonight I am asking America to make Donald Drumpf again.

Can we please make this happen? Oliver launched #MakeDonaldDrumpfAgain, and even bought the domain for DonaldJDrumpf.com, where you can download a browser extension in Chrome that will replace "Trump" with "Drumpf" in every Web page on your screen.

"We cannot keep getting blinded by the magic of his name," Oliver said. "So please, don't think of him as Donald Trump. Think of him as something else."

Donald Drumpf.

This election cycle is beyond ridiculous.
