doughnut seedsOh April Fools' Day 2012, we miss you and your pranks already. Like this here ad for doughnut seeds: My dream has come true! (Fertilize with honey and they come up glazed.) Or yesterday's genius move by The Stir's own Suzanne Murray, Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Married, Finally! Wicked.

Here's a few more of our favorite April Fools' pranks that were almost too good to be -- oops, they literally were too good to be true. Did you catch any of these?

1. Forbes blogger announces that Mitt Romney has pulled out of the Republican primary race. Contributor Len Burman was sure we'd all be hip to the joke, especially with fake Romney quotes like this one: "I don’t want to wait until 2020 to get my party back. I’m all about efficiency. Let’s get our butts kicked now and move on." But no! Editors were forced to take it down after it went viral because apparently no one reads past the headline anymore (are you still with me?).

2. WestJet's new child-free flights. Don't worry, you can still take Bella and Jayk'b with you to see the grandparents. They ride in Kids Kargo, a romper room in cargo where they can drool, scream, and run all they want, leaving the adults on board to travel in sweet, sweet serenity. But they're just kidding about that new travel program. (Wait, so you're saying this is a bad idea?)

3. Hungry Hungry Hippos for iPad. Another genius invention that doesn't really exist -- but should. You just place the hippo frame over your iPad and gobble up all the little floating dots! How does it work without warm human fingers? Don't ask so many questions, it's not real!

4. Lucky gave us a twofer: Kate Middleton to endorse McQueen, and a Tom Ford line for H&M confirmed! Okay, that second one was just mean. No cheap, slinky Tom Ford separates for us. Just the usual cheap, slinky H&M separates. Sigh.

5. YouTube puts its best viral hits on DVD. LOLZ! They call it the YouTube Collection, and they'll deliver them all to you in a giant box. That's kray-zee, right? (Um ... what's a DVD?)

One Prank We're Glad Wasn't Real: A Dubai-bound plane in Nepal was delayed because of a bomb threat. Was it an April Fools' joke? Maybe -- police are investigating. But if it was a joke, YOU GUYS! You really got us. What a knee-slapper. That was freakin' hilarious. Haha. JERKS.

What were your favorite April Fools' pranks?
