Often, one of the most unpleasant aftereffects of childbirth is having a wee (pun intended) bit less bladder control than you enjoyed before having kids. Mom blogger Sophie Cachia, aka the Young Mummy, shared a photo and a refreshingly honest post in which the new mom recounts how she peed in her car after downing a bottle of water and getting stuck in traffic created the perfect storm.

Thankfully, Cachia, who's known for her humor and fresh take on parenthood, handled the "accident" like a champ -- and her hubby did too.

From this super-sweet photo, you'd never guess what just occurred!

Cachia shared what went down:

Happy Tuesday! This here is a picture of a beautiful baby girl, a devoted father & husband, and a wife who just called that devoted husband to come out the front to her rescue with two towels because she totally pissed her pants in her car. Yep. That's right. A full bottle of water, a 4-month-postpartum pelvic floor, and a freeway standstill with traffic is NEVER a good combo.

Moms reading her page were quick to comfort and cheer Cachia and let her know she is not alone!

It's true, sometimes not even your BFF will tell you that she peed in her car. But sharing these new mom moments make us realize just how universal (and embarrassing) these experiences are.

At least Cachia was on her way home and not headed to a job interview or a wedding, right? Good for her for finding humor in an otherwise messy situation!
