The Results of This Public Breastfeeding Experiment Should Piss You Off (VIDEO)

Couple create public breastfeeding experiment that goes viral

In this day and age -- where practically anything goes -- you have to wonder why a woman nursing her child is still a thing. To show how over the top people can be are entertainer Joey Salads and his friend Emily. Joey's public breastfeeding experiment will likely piss you off, as you watch just how ignorant some folks are at the sight of a mother feeding her child.

Just watch as Joey and Emily, who pretend to be married, sit next to random people in public areas. Emily acts as if she's feeding "their son," but in reality, it's just a baby doll.

Many had an issue with the natural gesture, and weren't afraid to express their opinions.

I'm so pissed off about this video -- to the point of screaming!

How can people be so damn mean?! Did they miss the whole manners lesson you learn in kindergarten, or were they too busy yelling at other kids for doing something they didn't like?

Some people think nursing a hungry baby in public (sometimes uncovered) isn't kosher.

I get it.

What I don't, however, understand is why people think they're entitled to make someone else feel like sh--.

If you don't like what you see, don't look, or remove yourself from the situation! You don't need to say to someone, "You disgust me," or try to break down rules of public spaces you may or may not know anything about. Here's a little fact for ya: Public breastfeeding is legal in almost every state. Therefore, there's no need for any verbal citations, or to attempt a citizen's arrest (please don't try that. It can go so left really fast!).

The two people who really boiled my blood were the lady sitting at the bus stop, and the guy on the phone who walked by Joey and Emily. Their responses were completely horrendous! Thank God Joey is a chill man, because I can't imagine many dudes not saying anything to a man who has the audacity to talk about your "wife" (and loudly so you can hear) on the phone, before engaging you in a mean-spirited discussion.

I don't say this often, but you, sir, are an ass!

Thankfully, there were two women who didn't seem bothered at the sight of public breastfeeding. In fact, they were the only ones who were nice to Emily and Joey!

I'm a mother of two who breastfeeds, and while I personally use a little cover (I just feel more comfy that way), sadly, there are people who still have an issue with the idea of a baby getting milk from a boob.

Yet, I don't approach the "people of Walmart," or the people who think the most revealing clothes are the ones to wear out and about, and ask, "Honey, who dressed you? Must I see your ass today?"

I would hope there could be a little respect -- for the sake of human decency -- we could have for public breastfeeding.

More from The Stir: You're Right, Public Breastfeeding Really Is All About YOU (VIDEO)

Just because you don't agree with something doesn't give you the platform to be hurtful with words, or unkind with your actions. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Hopefully, this video will make people realize how extra they are, and how uncomfortable their words make others feel.

And if you still feel no remorse for being horrible to others after watching this video ...

Well ... I'm just gonna have to add you to my prayer list, or something (maybe call Dr. Phil or Iyanla).
