Chris Pratt Shares Sweet Video of Son Jack in Honor of World Prematurity Day (VIDEO)

prattNovember 17 is World Prematurity Day, but don't worry if you didn't know that -- because everybody's favorite hot teddy bear of a Hollywood star Chris Pratt is here to remind you with a too-adorable video of his 3-year-old son Jack! See, even though Jack is a healthy and happy preschooler now, he was born premature, just like 15 million babies every year.

Jack was born nine weeks before his due date in 2012; mom Anna Faris says her water broke in the middle of the night when she was seven months pregnant, and while doctors were able to stop active labor at first with magnesium, there was nothing they could do when contractions started a week later.

"I was in denial. For hours I was like, 'I'm just having indigestion,'" she told Redbook magazine in March.

Things were rough for tiny little Jack at first, but after spending a month in the NICU, he was ready to go home -- and just look at him now!

Awwwww!! Is it just me, or does every little kid do the bucket hat thing? I guess they do look kind of like hats, to be fair. Although so does pretty much everything to a 3-year-old. Anyway. As sweet as Pratt's post is, it's also serious: As he says, nearly 1 million premature babies die every year, which is just a heartbreakingly high number. And the fact that Pratt is trying to raise awareness is definitely an admirable thing. Lucky for us, he decided to do it by sharing this absolutely darling video!

Keep on rocking that bucket hat, Jack!
