Mom Battling Cancer Gets Sweet Serenade From 4-Year-Old Daughter (VIDEO)

Children truly are a blessing -- and sometimes don't know the strength they can give us. McKenna is a sweet 4-year-old girl who serenaded her mom with cancer in this video that'll make you cry.

McKenna's mother is battling Hodgkin's lymphoma, and while we don't know much about her progress, one thing is very clear: She has an angel for a daughter. Singing Martina McBride's "I'm Gonna Love You Through It," this 4-year-old girl lets her mom know through song she's here fighting with her. Watching this, you can't help but tear up.

I. Love. This.

Kids have no idea how much their parents can hang off their every word. Sweet little McKenna might've performed in front of an audience, but it was all about her and her mommy. I love the exchange between these two as McKenna's mom showed tears and smiles.

I can only pray those with loved ones battling cancer taste victory. It's a life-changing reality that affects an entire family. As the daughter of a cancer survivor (my dad had stage four kidney cancer), I hope McKenna can sing her mom a song when she beats it.

Keep fighting. Stay hopeful, and keep sharing these beautifully encouraging moments.
