Celebrate International Babywearing Week With a Selfie: We Did (PHOTOS)

You don't have to wait for Fashion Week to roll around to try babywearing. It's on-trend and here to stay. International Babywearing Week celebrates the art of carrying a child -- via a sling or another type of carrier.

Even if you didn't get the memo about International Babywearing Week (October 4 through 10), there's still time to get in on the action. Many parents are taking to social media using the hashtag #ibw2015 to share their babywearing snaps.

In case you didn't know, there are quite a few benefits to babywearing -- outside of snuggling with your bundle of joy. And if that doesn't sell you, babywearing does wonders when it comes to bonding.
