Think you know math? Ha! Think again. Helping your kids with their homework has never been this difficult. This 14-year-old's school math problem has stumped his parents, and the entire internet. Want to give it a shot? Here you are:

Well, when is Chery's birthday?

Come on now, don't you know? If she gave Albert and Bernard a list, and they each know something, but not everything, and one knows just a little more than the other...

Oh, never mind. We can't get it either. But some trusted professionals have taken on the challenge and figured out Cheryl's birthday. And it is (SPOILER ALERT!)...

July 16!

If you want to give it a shot, bust out the graph paper, and try going about it the step-by-step logical way.

Or, head on over to The New York Times or The Guardian for the explanation of the answer. We may not know how to begin to go about it, but we know one thing for sure: No one's going to come to Cheryl's birthday party if she makes it this hard to figure out the day.

Could you solve the problem?
