As Hallmark fans prepare their hearts, minds, and DVRs for this year's Countdown to Christmas lineup, there's another major event happening that sounds like a holiday lover's dream. A Hallmark "Christmas Con" is on the way that's the first of its kind and will bless us with three days' worth of Hallmark stars, holiday cheer, and events.

  • The network recently announced it's sponsoring the first Christmas Con, complete with tons of Hallmark-y goodness.

Needless to say, it didn't take long before Hallmark fans sounded off about how excited they are for the event.

"I am so excited!! I'm soo ready for this thank you everyone for making this possible. When you watch Hallmark you feel apart of there story, now we get meet those who made it possible!" one Hallmark lover tweeted in response to the news.

"Keep up the inspiring content! Always new and exciting stories! Only channel I watch! BABAM! @hallmarkchannel" another tweeted.

  • The three-day event will take place November 8-10 at the NJ Convention and Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey, and features an awesome lineup.

We're still in awe there's going to be an event that dedicates not one but three days to all things Christmas and Hallmark.

Seriously, the holiday season just got better!

  • Guests include Hallmark stars Lacey Chabert, Alicia Witt, Melissa Joan Hart, Ryan Paevey, Danica McKellar, and Chad Michael Murray.

The fact that one of our '90s heartthrobs is going to be at this three-day event has us ready to book our tickets. Speaking of Chad, he has an upcoming Hallmark movie called Write Before Christmas that might mirror one of our fave holiday movies ever: Love Actually.

  • In addition to panel discussions with Hallmark stars, there will also be Christmas-inspired competitions -- such as a gingerbread contest.

Should holiday baking not be your thing, there will also be an ugly Christmas sweater contest to try out. Also on the list? The opportunity to shop in a Christmas market at the event that will likely make shopping a heck of a lot easier.

This Christmas Con sounds like a really wonderful way to get in the holiday spirit!

  • This event sounds like a lot of fun!

The inaugural Christmas Con is selling out fast, so try to get tickets asap. We're crossing our fingers we can attend, 'cause y'all already know how we feel about Hallmark movies!

    (Squee!)
