It's hard to believe that it's been 20 years since the iconic teen film, 10 Things I Hate About You came out, but to this day, it remains a favorite flick for so many people. Even though it was adapted from Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew, it certainly fit in with modern day high school life, and it gave an accurate picture of what a trying time that can be.

And while we fell in love with Heath Ledger's bad boy character when the film was released, it's hard not to find him even more endearing now that Heath is no longer with us. (Cue the tears.)

Entertainment Tonight caught up with Julia Stiles and some other members of the cast to talk about their experience filming the movie, and as you will hear, the flick holds a very special place in all of their hearts. Gabrielle Union even admits that after working on 10 Things I Hate About You, she expected all of her film sets to be just as much fun, but she never quite had another experience like it since.

In addition to hearing all about why Julia jumped at the chance to play the role of Kat Stratford, she also detailed what it was like working with Heath, and she even spilled on how she managed to play that drunk girl scene so accurately.

As an added bonus, ET dished on five little known-secrets about the movie, including one particular scene with Heath that he took total creative control over. We always knew he was such a talented soul, and this little tidbit only solidifies it.

Seeing footage of the film definitely tugged at our heartstrings though. Heath may be gone, but he'll never be forgotten!
