Certain movies are just perfect the way they are, and The Devil Wears Prada happens to be one of those movies. The 2006 dramedy made Anne Hathaway (Andy Sachs) super relatable and Meryl Streep (Miranda Priestly) a notorious office ice queen we loved to hate. It's the perfect tale that needs nothing else to make it the classic film it's become. But now, a controversial deleted scene from The Devil Wears Prada has resurfaced and left the Internet screaming "WTF" while reeling over what some consider a hard-to-watch clip.

  • Writer Spencer Althouse unearthed a forgotten clip from the fashion-forward movie you have to see to believe.

  • While most of us remember Andy being a lifeline to Miranda in the scene, who knew MP's husband was present and such an a**hole?

"When do we eat?" Stephen (played by James Naughton), Miranda's drunk husband, asks her. "It's been a banner evening. Three people didn't recognize me, one called me Mr. Priestly, and now the damn bartender won't even serve me."

"Why don't you get me a drink?" Priestly's hubby asks a chairman at Elias-Clark. "The bartender would have to listen to you, wouldn't he, little guy?"

  • Watching Andy save the day -- AND get a mouthed "thank you" from Miranda -- is just too damn much, and has the Internet sounding off.

  • Many people are grateful this scrapped "Devil Wears Prada" scene never made it in the movie.

  • And others can't believe what their eyes witnessed.

  • After all, we *are* talking about Miranda Priestly here. The Miranda who would likely utter "kiss my a**" before ever saying "thank you."

  • Some believe this deleted scene was premature and would've impacted Andy and Miranda's relationship throughout the movie.

  • A different camp, however, thinks it was a positive moment that showed female solidarity...

  • ... and how some men just can't handle supporting a powerful wife.

  • Either way, this "Devil Wears Prada" scene is a complete game-changer that might make you want to watch the movie again.

Seriously, we don't know what to think about this.
