More From The Stir: Jamie Dornan '50 Shades' Sequel Rumors Take a Crazy Turn

At this point, Fifty Shades of Grey is the eighth-highest grossing movie of all time. Overall, people assumed the movie would do well, being that everyone was obsessed with the books, but I don't think anyone expected this to be the case.

It was reported recently that the studio will be making a sequel of the film -- Fifty Shades Darker. Both Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are contractually obligated to sign on for the film, but the director, Sam Taylor-Johnson, and the writer, Kelly Marcel, won't be on board. And to be honest, it doesn't seem like that's going to make much of a difference. Clearly, people can't get enough of Fifty Shades, and no doubt, the sequel(s) will make boatloads of cash, too.

What did you think of the movie?
