  • It's Going To Be Hot

Expect the book’s notorious sex scenes to be, well, sexy. Dakota Johnson admits to Elle, "I don’t have any problem doing anything. The secret is I have no shame." Sounds like this woman isn’t holding back portraying Anastasia Steele.

  • It's Not Just About the Sex

Don’t be surprised if the flick is a little more mental than you’re expecting. "The love story is more important than the BDSM aspect," Jamie Dornan told Elle UK. "I mean, we are going to tell a love story, you know, it can’t just be what happens in the Red Room, that’s not a film. There’s so much more going on than that."

  • Christian Will Not Reveal All Of Himself ... Literally

We will not see Dornan’s, how shall we say it, member, so if you were looking forward to that -- not gonna happen. “There were contracts in place that said that viewers wouldn’t be seeing my, um … my todger,” he told The Guardian’s Observer.

  • Rita Ora's Transformation Will Be Amazing

Rita Ora totally doesn’t look like Rita Ora in the role of Christian’s adopted sister Mia. “I prepped for the role by learning some French first of all, by learning an American accent and by really just not being me,” she told MTV. “I had a brown wig on and I was being the smart girl that came from French school to see her family, so it was just a lot of dedication, it was like going back to school. She’s honestly one of the ones that loves her brother for whatever. She doesn’t know about his fantasies yet, but she’s extremely involved and loves him and she studies in France, speaks French, and it was a good learning curve for me.”

  • You May Love the Movie ... or Not

The cast is happy with what they've accomplished but they're braced for the fact that moviegoers will walk away with varying opinions. "We know the reviews will be very mixed. "Some people will think it's cool and sexy, some people will think the polar opposite,” Dornan tells Details. “There will be people who think I'm terrible without even seeing the film!"

  • Look For 'Kink Advisor' in the Credits

The S&M will be … technical and true to life. Dornan even visited someone’s personal sex dungeon to gear up for playing Christian. "I went there, he offered me a beer, and they did...whatever they were into. I saw a dominant with two submissives, and he became our kink advisor on the film," he told Elle UK.

  • Costume Change

You know that tight dress Anastasia wears while dancing with Christian that was so vividly described in the book? It’s not in the movie … and Sam Taylor-Johnson had to fight for it because the powers that be were trying to be very specific to the book. "I said it's not right for this scene 'cause she wouldn't be able to dance in a dress that tight," she told the LA Times. "And everyone goes to their panic stations." But it was the director for the win -- you’ll see Dakota donning a flowy dress for the scene instead.

  • Going by the Book

Despite that dress switcheroo, the movie is going to stick to the book as closely as possible because the makers want to do right by the fans, especially author E.L. James. "I'm terrified,” she admitted to Entertainment Weekly. “Completely. I've been terrified from the moment I published the book. You don't expect this kind of success. Even now it floors me. My only ambition for the books was to see them in bookstores. This is huge. And there is this passionate fandom; we need to get this right for them."

  • Keepin' It Classy

Lots of sex scenes? Of course, it’s Fifty Shades! But director Sam Taylor-Johnson thinks she kept it at least a little tasteful. "We've edited it in a way where I feel proud," she told the Los Angeles Times. "It's dirty but classy. It feels pretty balanced: a nipple of hers, a butt cheek of his."

  • The Suits Will Be Outrageous

No expense was spared to turn Dornan into Christian Grey, so there will be a ridiculous number of crazy expensive suits. "We didn't talk about particulars of the way he would move," he told the New York Daily News. "But I'm quite awkward in a suit because I don't have an opportunity to wear a suit very often, and this is a guy who lives in a suit -- the best suit. But when you end up in a suit for 80% of the filming process, you become pretty comfortable with it.”
