'Game Change' Trailer Shows Julianne Moore Nailing It as Sarah Palin

Game ChangePlenty of people have mimicked and impersonated Sarah Palin pretty darn well. There's just something about her that makes her easy material. But seeing Julianne Moore play her in the Game Change trailer released today is absolutely incredible.

I actually had to do some quick research after I watched it because I thought maybe they'd used campaign footage and that it was actually Sarah we were seeing. But no, that's Julianne Moore. It's an uncanny resemblance. Sorry Tina Fey, but she blows you away. Check it out for yourself.

Incredible, right? Even her voice is identical when she says, "I will be honored to accept your nomination for vice president of the United States."

The whole movie, based on the book by the same name about the 2008 presidential race, looks amazing. Ed Harris makes a great John McCain, and Woody Harrelson will be awesome to watch as his advisor, Steve Schmidt. But wow, Moore just nails Palin, and that was in just a few seconds.

Love her or loathe her Palin is a fascinating woman, and it will be interesting to see how they portray her. I suppose it could go either way in making her more likable or less so. I'm no fan by any means, but I certainly hope it's more than just a slam job on her.

For her part, Palin says she's ready to take what comes. "I think I'll just grit my teeth and bear whatever comes what may with that movie," Palin told Fox News earlier this year.

The movie doesn't premiere until March, but I for one cannot wait to see more.

Can you believe how well Julianne Moore does Sarah Palin? Are you excited for this movie?
