It's finally Friday! Here's a roundup of new movies in theaters tonight. Summer's around the corner -- let the blockbuster weekends begin!

Hanging with the girls? Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, and the girls revisit the mean streets of Manhattan in Sex and the City 2, the can't-miss chick flick. Looking for a different kind of action? Check out Jake Gyllenhaal and Ben Kingsley in the video game adaptation Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.

The girls are back! Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Charlotte (Kristin Davis), and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) take on menopause, men, and the Middle East, living the luxe life on a press trip Samantha (Kim Cattrall) scores to Abu Dhabi, the latest bastion of luxury, fashion, and hedonism. But it's a small world after all: Carrie runs into former fiance Aidan (John Corbett), which means things between Carrie and Mr. Big (Chris Noth) are not copacetic. And let's not forget the guest turns by Miley Cyrus, Penelope Cruz -- and Liza Minnelli? A surefire opening weekend winner, despite poor reviews; by the time you read this, the sexy sequel will have already earned more than $3 million.

Jake Gyllenhaal and buzz-worthy newcomer Gemma Arterton (Quantum of Solace, Clash of the Titans) star in this Jerry Bruckheimer action adventure -- based on the video game -- about a prince who unsuspectingly releases a massive, disastrously destructive sand storm, then must pair up with a rival kingdom's princess to try and stop it using a time-stopping dagger. Ben Kingsley is deliciously devilish as the bad guy, as usual.

Which summer blockbuster will you be seeing this weekend?
