Okay, so it's not exactly a conventional way of going about libido-boosting, but who cares? It seems so simple and potentially really effective. And the rationale for how both the circular breast and the pelvic floor parts of the exercise work -- by increasing nerve connection between endocrine glands in the breast and in the brain, which helps to secrete the hormones oxytocin and DHEA, and by increasing blood flow to the pelvic area -- makes perfect sense, given what we know about the perks of breastfeeding and of Kegels. Not sure if I buy the part about the circular breast massage increasing fullness of the breasts, but if that's an added perk, even better!
Seems like something that certainly wouldn't hurt to try -- and sure beats combing through a 380-page book which may or may not make you all hot and bothered!
