There are marriage proposals and then there are MARRIAGE PROPOSALS and Portland actor Isaac Lamb's unbelievably creative lip dub proposal set to Bruno Mars' "Marry You" is that latter kind. Sure, like anyone, I am sick of seeing viral videos of marriage proposals, wedding dances, and flash mobs. But this one blows them all out of the water.

There is something about seeing a woman so happy she can't even speak and a couple so full of life and friendship that 60 people were willing to help a man propose that just puts a massive grin on your face.

Maybe this is why this video has already amassed more than 3 million views on YouTube and has been covered everywhere from New York to Los Angeles. See below:

It is beautiful on so many levels, right? But mostly, I just think a marriage that begins with such love and such a strong sense of community can't go wrong.

Do yourself a favor and just watch. If you are not grinning like an idiot by the end, then one must question your humanity.

Of course, I do feel sorry for the men who watch this because there is no proposal that could possibly live up to this now. He has ruined proposals forever. And while my husband had an amazing one (he led me on a scavenger hunt around our city), this one tops even mine.

These videos go viral because they remind us all of early love and of planning a marriage and a life together and while, sure, now that I have been married nine years I am a little more jaded, a video like this pulls me right back. I remember that blissful adoration and innocent kind of love. It is sweet and lovely and really it is what life is all about.

I have no doubt this couple will make an amazing life together full of love, laughter, creativity, and close friendship. Who isn't a little envious and a lot moved by it all?
