kim kardashian and kanye westIn Kim Kardashian news of the day, Kanye West's ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, has spoken out about the reality star's lowdown cheating ways. She even went to the extent of calling Kim a "homewrecker." Although it sounds sort of like Amber's drudging up something from the past to capitalize on it, it is interesting to hear what really went down in what sounds like a seriously messed-up love triangle.

Apparently, Amber and Kanye were an item when Reggie Bush and Kim were still together, but that's when she says the reality star and the rap star first hooked up. “They were both cheating. They were both cheating on me and Reggie with each other,” Amber says. Not cool, right? She went on to say, "It's very important that us women stick together, and we don't f--- each other over like that." Right on, sister!!

I couldn't agree more with Amber Rose. One of the worst things we can do to one another as women is go after one another after our partner cheats. How many times have you heard a girlfriend/wife automatically blame "the other woman" for seducing her husband? As if he had no part in it and isn't the guilty -- or even guiltier -- party! Even calling the other woman a "homewrecker," like Amber did, is toxic behavior. But she's right in pointing out that being the other woman is one of lowest things you can do to another woman.

It's hard to generalize, because people fall in love in all different ways, and the timing isn't always perfect. But to knowingly have sex with someone who is in a committed relationship or marriage (that hasn't gone bust or isn't about to go bust) seems like a total slap in the face to that guy's girlfriend or wife. I'd venture to say it is pretty much always a classless, if not straight-up disrespectful move. What's more, how about karma, ladies? Don't women who cheat with a cheater worry that they'll be on the other side of the equation at some point? Especially if they stay with that cheater! 

In the end, Amber Rose and Kanye West may be history, and the facts here could be up for debate, but one thing's for certain ... Many ladies could stand to take more care to respect one another's relationships. Aren't we above Mean Girls-style "girl-on-girl crime"?
