Okay, I get it, you guys. Young love is real. It's magical. It's super naive but extremely exciting, which is why I completely understand what's going on here between Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.
But it seems as though everyone has gotten so used to their over-the-top relationship that we're forgetting that it isn't necessarily normal for teenagers to act this way. I mean, they're making relationship mistakes that I haven't even made yet, and I'm 25. I already thought they were moving way too fast when I heard about Justin's family planning, but this latest news really takes the cake.
According to PEOPLE, the couple has adopted a dog together. I mean, seriously? I can't seem to come up with a reason as to why this is acceptable. Yes, adopting an animal is a wonderful thing to do, and yes, that certainly is a lucky dog, but come on. Teenage couples go to the movies together, they go to parties together, they do not adopt living creatures together.
But okay, Justin and Selena did, so we have to accept that (I guess). Moving on ... how do two people own something when those two people do not live together? Is living together the next step for this young couple? Or will they shuttle the pooch back and forth in between concerts, interviews, and movie premieres? I just don't feel like there was enough thought behind this decision.
What if they *gasp* break up in the next week, month, or year? You can't split a dog. Why has no one brought this to their attention, like a parent or guardian? This is why most people don't share pets until they're married. This is a very risky, grown-up move, even for them.
Couldn't one of them adopt the puppy and just let the other play with it?

Wow lol Let them be! They are young and in love! If they split it's ok, they are very young and will move on. Let them have their fun, the best way to grow up is from learning from your mistakes.
My husband and I had animals together when we were teenagers and we are 27, married, and have a toddler.
Like I said, IT'S A DOG. Most people treat dogs like humans, which they are not. You probably think dogs are humans, which is why you're over exaggerating.
What's it to you anyway if they adopt a puppy?
Please inform better before, before you stands there stupid!
Paradise Lost For The Dogs Of Puerto Rico With Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez teamed up with a shelter in Peurto Rico when she was there filming her Disney Channel Original Movie "Wizards of Waverly Pace: The Movie." Selena's goal was to help the shelter to feed and vaccinate a number of homeless dogs on a beach.
It's heartbreaking to hear the stories in this short documentary – from how a number of dogs are put to sleep or killed intentionally because people don't want to help them or rescue them.
We also learned from the video that Selena has four dogs at home that all came from a shelter – so even before she went to Puerto Rico she was doing her part to help rescue pets.
