Why not make that partner your, er, partner?
You can get all hot and sweaty together. Sexy.
Okay, maybe not sexy. I'm certainly not sexy as I'm huffing and puffing with sweat dripping from places that I didn't even know had sweat glands. But it will strengthen your bond if you each have a goal that you're trying to reach together.
- Go for a run around the neighborhood block.
- If you're really brave, hit up your local gym and show off those muscles.
- Take a workout class together, such as spinning.
Then go home and take a shower together, which can lead to getting all hot and sweaty again, but in a different way (wink, wink).
