Venturing into yet another sex shop, Babeland, I then drilled the store clerk about the best lubes -- for any bedroom. She sent me home with some advice and three of the best lubes in Babeland.

She first clued me in about the first thing all women should know: Your lube needs to be glycerin free.

Glycerin is an irritant found in some lubes, and can cause a yeast infection -- which is so the opposite of what we want happening in the bedroom. Sliquid H20

The H20 lube has a thin consistency, making it easy to go on. But the best thing about this lube is what's lacking. No smell, no taste, nothing to make you gag and nothing gets stained.

Hathor Aphrodisia

This all-natural, vegan lubricant is thicker than the H20, and stays on for a long time. The store clerk also recommends this for the dudes, as the Horny Goat Weed herb is a natural aphrodisiac for men.

Sliquid Organics Sensation
