Special Ed Teacher Includes Her Students in Her Wedding & It's All Kinds of Perfect

wedding dayGrab your tissues, ladies, because you're going to need them. A special education teacher has given new meaning to the word "inclusion" by making sure her students played a part in one of the most exciting days of her life.

Kinsey French, who teaches students with Down syndrome, asked her class to serve as her ring bearers and flower girls, and their shared joy makes for one of the most beautiful wedding photos you'll ever see.

French, who works at Christian Academy's Rock Creek campus in Louisville, Kentucky, told WLKY that these children are "like family" to her.

"They were my first class and they've been my only class and so I knew I couldn't have a special day without them," she said.

Much like the most fun guests at any wedding, the students told WLKY that hitting the dance floor was one of their favorite parts of the special day. (We feel the same way!) They even showed off some of their moves when reporters paid a visit to this very special classroom.

French shared what it meant to her to have them share this momentous occasion.

"It was so exciting" she said. "It was really special for Josh and myself just to have them a part of the day, and have them come with us and celebrate with us."

What a beautiful bride -- inside and out.
