Top 10 Most Romantic Cities in the US -- How You Doin'?

most romantic cities u.s.With Valentine's Day approaching, you may find yourself longing to be transported to a romantic city like Paris or Venice. If you're stuck on this side of the Atlantic, not to worry -- the United States boasts many a metropolis where love can blossom. Online retail giant Amazon just ranked the top most romantic cities in the US, and the results may surprise you!

If you immediately thought Manhattan, home to that gorgeous, glittering skyline, would claim the top spot, you'd be mistaken. Amazon's list was actually determined by a compilation of sales data collected from cities with more than 100,000 residents on a per capita basis, and includes purchases of romance novels and relationship books, romantic comedies, and a curated list of romantic music by artists such as Barry White and Luther Vandross, as well as the sales of sexual wellness products.

Okay, so it's not exactly scientific, but if you're using Barry White as a barometer for love, we definitely want to know more! Check out this list and see if your city ranks when it comes to romance!
