Julianne Hough's Wedding Planning Is Underway: What We Know So Far

Julianne Hough Wedding Planning Details Emerge
Looks like it's game-on for this bride-to-be! Though she's only been engaged for a few weeks, Julianne Hough is wasting no time when it comes to prepping for her wedding to hockey player Brooks Laich. From her thoughts on the gown to who's walking down the aisle, we've got the deets!

First, let's talk about the dress. While the Dancing With the Stars alum says she hasn't selected one just yet, she was spotted at the Marchesa show at New York Fashion Week and seemed to be getting inspired. The stunning star told Page Six she finds the fashion house's designs both "graceful" and "beautiful." Sounds like exactly what any gal would want in a wedding gown!

Second, what about invitations? The craft maven, who often posts her homemade creations on Instagram, visited Hallmark's pop-up shop and  was said to be gathering ideas for wedding invites and overall decor. We're sure whatever she picks will be tasteful and elegant.

And, of course, the question on everyone's mind is: Will she and her dashing Dancing co-star and brother Derek get Brooks up to speed to make all the right moves on the dance floor? The answer is yes! (Naturally! Heck, they just an Emmy award for choreography!) But who's going to show the hunky athlete how to waltz like a pro? Julianne jokes that she's "pawning my brother off to him!" and told People:

So I think Derek and Brooks might have a first dance. That would be interesting, and a sight to see for sure.

Can we get that televised, please?

If you're wondering who's in Julianne's wedding party, we know for sure it includes two adorable little gals who are always close to her heart: her Cavalier King Charles spaniels, Lexi and Harley. The darling duo has been involved right from the moment Brooks popped the question.

The proud pup owner says:

They will definitely be running down the aisle at some point. For sure, probably wearing little ribbons and bows, the whole nine yards. I haven't told Brooks yet, but that's happening.

We love that and we're pretty sure Brooks has an inkling that these pooches will be in the wedding party! Can't wait to see how it all turns out!
