Supermodel Kate Moss got married to rocker Jamie Hince in a very hush hush, secret ceremony. But get this ... the wedding was back in August!
Keeping it from the paparazzi for over two months, now that's impressive.
And the wedding sounds like it was oh so romantic, in kind of a hippie way.
According to sources, the wild child wed her long-term partner in a small picturesque church in Sicily (swoon!) wearing a see-through gown and minimal makeup and was barefoot amongst only their closest friends and family. Only Kate Moss could get away with wearing hardly any makeup on her big day.
"They planned the day for weeks and were so excited. Kate didn't want a stuffy, formal do, but something spiritual," an eyewitness revealed.
After saying their I dos, they frolicked off, giggling, and went dancing underneath the trees. In my head, I can't help but picture a sort of Shakespearean Midsummer Night's Dream-type scenario. It sounds so whimsical (and I have never described something as "whimsical" before -- but really, what other way can you describe it?).
The happy couple met back in September 2007, introduced by their mutual friend Sadie Frost (Jude Law's ex), and then got engaged last January, on her 38th birthday.
Do you think this wedding sounds romantic? Are you surprised she had such a simple event?
