Romantic Tip: Cook Dinner Together

How familiar is this scenario: You come home from a long day at work, hubby is sitting in the living room watching TV, kids are off doing who knows what. You plop some canned spaghetti sauce on the stove, throw a loaf of garlic bread in the oven, boil some noodles, and, twenty minutes later, call the family into the dining room for a pasta dinner.

It's quick and easy, which is sometimes all you have time for. But if you can spare an extra fifteen minutes, you can turn cooking dinner into a (gasp) enjoyable experience with your significant other.

Now I know your guy may not be too thrilled at the idea of cooking, but you can lure him by giving him the role of taste tester and with all of the different smells and tastes, cooking can be a very intimate experience. Plus, it gives you and your honey time to have an adult conversation ... you remember what those are, right?

Why don't you ... cook dinner with your partner. Make it a weekly ritual to give yourselves something to look forward to.

Do you and your SO enjoy cooking together?
