Cameraman's Hateful, Bigoted Rants Wreck Couple's Wedding Video

Twisted 34

gocman coupleSitting down to watch your wedding video can be anxiety-causing enough without having to worry that the footage is filled with hateful, bigoted commentary from the cameraman. Sadly, Stan and Claudia Gocman had an absolutely heartbreaking, sickening experience when they watched their video and heard videographer Anthony Aurelius call the bride "unattractive" and spew anti-Semitic rants ... Sick.

Among his stomach-turning comments, Aurelius said, "I don't think I blame Hitler." And that's not all ...

Aurelius went on to state, "Not a very attractive bride at all. Some of the Jewish women are very beautiful to look at. But I can tell you, they'd be right f***** cows. Very f****** snooty, they'd be a pain in the a***'." He also called Jews "the meanest people in the world," adding "there's not a lot of niceness about them, is there?" SO disgusting.

The couple, who live outside of London, say the despicable commentary on the video has ruined memories of their wedding. I can't say I blame them. I've heard some horror stories about wedding vendors -- unfortunately, especially videographers, many of whom have a reputation for being total con-artists who take money and don't show up or show up and never send a video, etc. But this particular incident is BEYOND distressing, and if I were the bride, I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about how this hateful jerk was there, filming from start to finish what is supposed to be a love-filled, joyful, beautiful experience. What. A. Nightmare.

The only silver lining is that when confronted, Aurelius admitted he screwed up BIG TIME. He wrote the Gocmans a handwritten letter and subsequent email, refunding their money for the foul work. He said:

I am very sorry for offending you and possibly your family also. You did not deserve this. I am ashamed, in honesty. I have felt awful about this and did not know what to say, in truth.

Gross. I still wouldn't forgive him. But hopefully the Gocmans can come to some sort of inner peace about what happened and move past it ...  Because the worst thing would be to give someone capable of such twisted and abhorrent behavior the power to completely destroy your Big Day.

Here's the audio in full, which I'm actualy glad to know someone uploaded to YouTube so as to shame this guy even further ...

What do you make of this horrifying story?
