Do we really need another reason to love Prince Harry? Yes, yes, I think we do. A soldier who quit the British Army earlier this year has opened up about how Harry, then a 21-year-old Troop Commander in the Blues and Royals infantry, went head-to-head with a gang of rival regiment soldiers who were threatening to beat up one of Harry's men -- because he was gay.

James Wharton wrote a book about being out in the British Army and the incident involving the prince is detailed. Wharton was apparently confronted by six soldiers threatening to "batter" him because of his homosexuality. Whaton ran to Harry and said: "I think I'm going to be murdered by the infantry."

According to Wharton, Harry replied, "Right, I’m going to sort this shit out once and for all," and climbed out of the tank to find the perpetrators. Wharton watched him confront the men. He says, "I could see he wasn’t holding back." Harry then returned to tell Wharton that the situation had been "sorted."

Wharton has expressed his gratitude to the prince, saying, "I will always be grateful to Harry and I will never forget what happened. Until he went over and dealt with everything I was on track for a battering."

Kate Middleton's first born is one lucky kid -- not only to be born into such wealth and power -- but to have a good guy like Harry as his/her uncle! Even if he may have revealed the sex of Kate's baby. Bygones, Harry!
