‘Serial Bully’ Banned From All Schools After She Beats Up Classmate & Videotapes It (VIDEO)

A judge has decided that one 14-year-old girl in Jacksonville, Florida is not fit for any of the schools in that county. Not because she's a genius. And not because she has disabilities. But because she's allegedly an inveterate bully. The eighth grader allegedly lured classmate Aria Jewett off school grounds and then attacked her while 30 students stood around watching. The fight was videotaped. Aria suffered a fractured skull. The attacker girl was arrested. Aria's parents asked for an injunction to keep the girl out of Aria's school but the judgment surprised even them. The judge declared that the girl was too much of a danger for her to be in any of the public schools in the entire county.

Said Florida Circuit Court Judge Henry Davis in his ruling:

This child is a threat to all of the children at any school. The injunction is a permanent injunction barring this child from returning to any public school in Duval County.

Seems like a common sense approach, but the school's superintendent actually disagrees. The superintendent, Nikolai Vitti, says:

I don't think we should use the bad decision that children make outside of school as an example or scapegoat to make a message.

He reportedly went on to say that education is a constitutional right, and that even a girl who smashes another girl's head and videotapes it deserves one. The unnamed girl already has a lawyer and the lawyer is trying to return her to county public schools.

This shows you just about everything that is wrong with schools (and parenting) these days. Students are living in fear of kids like this bullying girl, and yet what appears to be more important to the girl's parents and the school's superintendent is that she gets her education! Never mind that the education system had failed her so far. Perhaps it was teaching her math and science, but it certainly wasn't teaching her empathy or humanity. I think she needs a different school -- the school of Hard Knocks.

I don't mean like the hard knocks she gave Aria, that fractured her skull and could have killed her. I mean the school that says if you screw up, you pay for it. And if you screw up repeatedly -- as allegedly this girl had numerous videotaped beatings to her name -- then you pay royally. And that means maybe your parents -- who seem more concerned about hiring you a lawyer than teaching you how to behave -- have to move away or home school you. Sounds like instead of spending money on a lawyer, they could have bought their daughter a tutor and a lifetime supply of anger management classes. I wonder if Vitti would be fine sending a daughter of his into a classroom with this girl?

Do you think this girl should be allowed back in schools?

Not only no, but HELL NO!!!!!  This little sociopath should be barred from school until she is certified safe by anger management or whatever the current PC term is.  She has the right to an education, but that does not mean she needs to be in public school.  Her parents can apply for a tutor for her or home-school her.  If you raise a little sociopath, that's the consequence.

Not only should she not be allowed in school, she should be in jail! Someone that violent is a danger not only to other kids her age, but to people in general. People should be less concerned for this animal's right to education, and more concerned with other kids right to not live in fear. This culture of violence around schools needs to end, and I'm order for that to happen, people like this kid need to be made into examples. I doubt 20 years ago anyone would have batted an eye at her being banned from school.

They're right, she does have a constitutional right to go to public school...and there are plenty of other schools in other counties that she's free to go to. I think that judge rocks and his order should have been upheld. No child should have to fear that they're going to be attacked like that. And after it going to court, I'd be especially worried that the victim will once again be a target once the attacker is back in the same school.

Awhile back I actually was coming into the school when I saw my son sitting outside the audience and was like, great, what did he do.  Turns out he didnt do anything, but saw something.  But also didnt do anything while it was happening. Not violence, but destruction of property.  What we're trying to work on is the difference between tattling, whats the best solution, and leadership.  And how this is even just as hard for adults some times.  So what else bothers me about this is the audience, both there and who she thought would watch it, and how that enables the bully, and how to teach the kids sometimes even if you are not doing anything wrong, you are also not doing anything right or to be proud of.

Sounds to me like there's a "lack of parenting" at home... I think some girls school or something similar would be spectacular for her!

what the hell? this happens all the time, she is not above the rules. My husband was kicked out of all the schools in his district because of a bad fight. Maybe she will learn not to go around beating up.

i have no tolerance for bullies, none at all because my lil brother was bullied badly by a kid whose parnts were illegal. when my mom find out she personally went to the parents and told them if his kid didnt stop she was reporting all of them to ICE. guess what? kid never went back to that school. I would have felt bad, after all, i'm mexican BUT not after that lil boy decided to give my brother a concussion and the school did nothing.

Um where the hell are the parents? This is disgusting. I have been saying this all along. Kick kids out of the school which will force the parents to see how bad their child really is. Make the parents parent.
